50% of the furniture is second-hand and I do not react to it. The other 40% is new and offgassed since summer 2024. Some pieces of furniture are of more recent purchase and are still off-gassing.

In the guest room, there’s a sofa bed 140×190 cm, so I can host a maximum of two people at a time, though I prefer just one since the kitchen is small. Children and pets might be allowed upon prior conversation.

Remember, you will be staying in a shared flat with another person (myself) – sole use of the guest room, shared bathroom, kitchen and balcony.

NOTE:
The apartment is located in a large condominium, so while I can offer fragrance-free conditions inside the house, unfortunately, I cannot guarantee for the shared spaces (I asked the administrator to change cleaning products and the situation has since improved, but I still use a mask every time I step onto the landing, take the lift, etc.).
