Can be Short-Term, Mid-Term and Long-Term. We have 4 properties: 3 are together on one street, one is a few miles away in another neighborhood. All are in the “country ” and have views, acreage around them, lots of wildlife – but are close enough to town that it’s still convenient.

We use Field and Future Fragrance-Free window cleaners, products designed to be eco-friendly and without harsh chemicals.
Furniture:
We use Field and Future Fragrance-Free all-purpose cleaners, products designed to be eco-friendly and without harsh chemicals.
Laundry Detergent:
We use Nellie’s fragrance free detergent, this is also non-toxic.
Dishwasher Detergent:
We hand wash dishes (or guests do) with Field and Future Fragrance-Free dish soap.

Everyone 3-in-1 – It is currently scented with essential oils, but we are phasing out to unscented only.

We provide Poo-Pourri if guests want to use it. This is optional.
We also use Azuna, a tea tree oil-based air diffuser, on occasion if the house needs it, or sometimes an essential oil diffuser if a previous guest has cooked something too fragrant in the house. We can refrain from this if asked in advance.

It’s definitely synthetic-free, and can be essential oil-free if asked in advance. On a rare occasion, we may need to use a stronger cleaner than we typically use if someone stains or soils something to the point where we need something stronger. You are welcome to ask in advance about this and we will work with you to be as accommodating as possible.
