  • Carpet: No carpet (1 jute rug and washable rugs in kitchen and bathroom.)
  • Windows: Water/vinegar and microfiber cloths.
  • Furniture:  Everspring Unscented Free & Clear All Purpose Cleaner, microfiber cloths.
  • Laundry Detergent: Not provided; fragrance-free requested due to shared washer and owner sensitivities. 
  • Hand Soap: Everclear Liquid Hand Soap – Free and Clear. 
  • Shampoo/Conditioner: Not provided, bring your own.
  • Cleaning Between Guests: Yes. Tenant to clean unit regularly or hire a professional to clean using provided products during tenancy.

    No air fresheners are used. In the past, occasionally, Poo-Pourri (diluted (50%) essential oil and water spray) was applied directly into the toilet bowl and never into the air. We no longer use this. The bathroom is also equipped with a strong exhaust fan and a window for ventilation. No outside air fresheners are permitted.
