Please tell us some general information about the furniture in your home: The couch and pullout mattress inside the couch in the guesthouse is made by a company called Medley Home that uses sustainable, nontoxic, and eco-certified materials. The table is a vintage formica table from the 50’s that’s mold-free and definitely off-gassed (for a few decades). The desk is a midcentury modern solid walnut desk that hasn’t been treated or finished with any chemicals (we use a natural wax). The shelf in the bathroom is the only thing that was purchased from a big box store, but it has off-gassed for a few years now (not new). The floors are finished with Rubio Monocoat, which is an all-natural alternative that has zero VOC. The rug has off-gassed for a number of years (not new).

Do you have a Wifi Router Guard: No, but there is no WiFi router in the guesthouse. WiFi comes from a Google Home satellite extender in the back room of the house.

Please provide additional information if needed: We constantly run a dehumidifier in the crawlspace of the guesthouse and in the interior main space (during all months except the super dry dead of winter months). The minisplit A/C also works to control humidity. There is a digital thermometer and humidity sensor in the unit, so you can see what the moisture level is.

The Air Oasis is a top-rated air filter to control mold, in addition to bacteria/viruses and other airborne particles. www.airoasis.com. There is now a TV in the guesthouse (not pictured), on the desk, and it is connected to the internet via WiFi. WiFi can be turned off at night.
