Synthetic and Essential Oil Fragrance-Free: Tenants are asked both verbally and through the lease not to use perfume, cologne, air fresheners, scented laundry products, or scented household items. However, the owner cannot guarantee the home is free of residues or exposure from current or previous tenants’ personal products, including essential oils, scented lotions, or scented deodorant.
Smoke-Free: Yes. The property was almost fully remodeled in early 2025, and the owner reports that there has been no smoking of any kind on the property since then.

Animals on the Property: As of fall 2026, dogs have been on the property within the past few months. Cats have not been on the property for years, or possibly ever.
