  • Detached house in the historic center of Chieti, in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). The house is not accessible to people with a width greater than 81 cm, since the width of the stairs is narrow, being a historic house
  • There are shops and a food store in the square.
  • Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, moka pot, vacuum cleaner, cleaning sponge kit, hairdryer and detergents provided.

  • As a vacation rental, we do not provide food or beverages, and the amenities in the house are a complimentary welcome kit. Guests are responsible for providing all necessary items, such as toilet paper, coffee, and other supplies (I prefer to mention this because some guests might expect us to provide everything, but by law, we can’t).
  • Guests can bring their own linens or unscented toiletries if ours aren’t suitable for their needs, and they can contact us if they want to send a package with their belongings so we can organize them.
  • I myself have severe MCS and know how important it is to organize a stay in detail, which is why the property is MCS-friendly (probably the only one so careful about chemicals in Italy). MCS is a disease still unknown in Italy.
