This one of a kind (artistic flair), built for a chemically sensitive/fragrance free person in 2020. The Tiny Home is charming and completely healthy! It has a loft bedroom, kitchenette, living area, and 1 bath. It has a 2 burner induction stove top, small fridge, hot water on demand, and dish drying rack. There are 2 tall cabinets with shelves and drawers for additional storage.
It sits near South Mountain on an acre in Phoenix. Very quiet area. My home is also located on this property and this tiny home is situated on the back of the property. It has a window AC unit built in the loft area. It is heated with a space heater in winter. No plumbing in the walls so no worries about undetected leaks creating mold.
Rent is $996. One month rent for security. Utilities included are water, internet, sewer, trash, recycling, and property maintenance. You just pay for your metered electric. Internet is ethernet connected (and Wifi if you want to connect that way). Meter for electric and internet modem are in barn about 50 ft away. There is off street parking for one car.
Looking for someone who is quiet, non-smoker, willing to not use synthetic fragranced products or chemical cleaners, no parties or dogs. However, you need to be OK with dogs, as I have 2 standard poodles who roam the back fenced in area.
